If a writer has already been assigned, the refund amount will depend on the deadline and the time elapsed. If you have been charged twice for the same order, please forward both receipts to our email, and we will refund the extra payment in full. If you accidentally placed two identical orders, please get in touch with us immediately to clarify the situation.

We will issue a full refund if no writer is available to work on your order. If a revision request cannot be completed due to a lack of available writers, our Dispute Department will review your claim and provide an appropriate refund.

If the paper is delivered late, you may request a recalculation of the order price based on the new deadline. For long-term orders (10-14 days or longer), we offer a 7% refund for lateness. If the revision of the paper is late, lateness refunds and price recalculation do not apply.
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper, you may request a free revision, ask for a different writer to be assigned, or request a partial refund.

To request a partial refund, please email us with the subject “I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. I request a partial refund.” You will have 14 days to provide solid reasons and examples to support your claim.
